The enquiry form lets you review your message before submitting it. When you confirm submission, Rektrs stores the enquiry and optional PDF project brief for the authorized team to review and follow up. You can also choose to send a message through email or WhatsApp.
Information you share
An enquiry may include your name, email, organization, service interest and project description. Share only the information needed for an initial business conversation. Avoid sending passwords, private records or sensitive personal information.
Email and WhatsApp
When you send an enquiry, the service you choose handles its transmission according to its own privacy practices. Information received by Rektrs is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested services.
Website services
This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. With your analytics consent, it records aggregate counts of enquiry steps and email/WhatsApp clicks, without browser identifiers or message content in those counters. The hosting service may process technical request information to deliver the website, maintain availability and protect the service.
Cookie and privacy preferences
Your privacy choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. Optional analytics are off by default. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to accept, reject or change your choice at any time. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent sending an enquiry or using the website. Functional tracking integrations and advertising pixels are not currently used.
Access and retention
Enquiry records, internal follow-up notes and uploaded briefs are restricted to authorized management accounts. Records are kept while the enquiry or resulting engagement requires follow-up. You may request correction or deletion through the contact below; the team reviews any applicable record-retention obligations.
